Biography

Nicola qualified as a physiotherapist in 2009 after completing her MSc (pre-reg) at the University of Birmingham. Prior to this she graduated from University of Hull having undertaken a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science. Since qualifying as a physiotherapist, Nicola has developed her clinical skills in the musculoskeletal field in both a NHS and private setting.

Nicola joined the academic world in 2015 with a focus in musculoskeletal science and contributes to teaching on both the BSc and MSc (pre-reg) Physiotherapy courses as well as her role as a clinical tutor. In 2017, Nicola joined the Centre of Precision Rehabilitation (CPR spine) as a PhD candidate.
