The ongoing work and future plans of the NIHR Surgical Reconstruction and Microbiology Research Centre (SRMRC) will be set out in an event on November 23 to mark the centre’s first full year of operation.
As well as showcasing our current work and future plans, we will have guest speakers from other centres to share best practice and the latest findings in trauma research.
The event will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB), the home of the SRMRC.
The SRMRC Director, Professor Sir Keith Porter, will open the event by setting the scene of the injured patient.
